Concur wasn’t the only booking tool facilitating NDC at scale—not by a longshot. Coming off American Airlines’ content removal from EDIFACT channels in 2023, a handful of corporates forged ahead with plans to access content where it would be available. This included a push by No. 18 Oracle in 2023 with GetThere when it was still in the hands of Sabre, which Oracle said it continued to develop through 2024. The tech giant was another NDC leader that realized about $1 million in savings in its first year availing itself of broader rate selections via alternative content channels.
Throughout 2024, other CT100 companies experimented with and moved forward with NDC: No. 27 Chevron, No. 47 Aon, No. 86 Textron and, in particular, No. 100 Adobe, which now claims 21 percent of its air volume is booked through direct-connect NDC strategies with Navan.

More companies have worked on expanding access to and servicing of NDC content and bookings in 2025 despite that fact that American Airlines has walked back its most strident positions on content. No. 5 Google, No. 8 Boeing, No. 10 Lockheed all noted significant pushes toward NDC in 2025. Toyota Motors North America at No. 46 is working with Travelport booking tool Deem to pilot NDC. The latter’s TMC is FCM.
Still, some companies are holding back, saying they might make an NDC push in the next year or so, but remaining noncommittal on the topic.
