Etihad Airways at the Arabian Travel Market unveiled new first, business and economy seats on Airbus A330neo aircraft scheduled to enter service from September 2027, the carrier announced Monday.
First class will feature four lie-flat suites in a one-two-one configuration with closing doors and space for a companion to dine or socialize during flights, according to Etihad. Each suite will include a 32-inch screen, wireless charging, dedicated storage compartments and a personal powder station stocked with premium amenities, available for guests to use and keep.
The business cabin will include 24 fully lie-flat seats, all forward-facing with direct aisle access and sliding doors for privacy. Each seat will include a 17.3-inch screen, wireless and wired charging, a table and dedicated personal storage.
The economy cabin will include 252 seats with a fixed-wing headrest, a 13.3-inch 4K touchscreen and personal charging. A dedicated extra-legroom section will feature 32 seats with four inches of extra pitch compared with regular economy seats, according to Etihad.
The Airbus A330 will be used for Etihad's regional and medium-haul network on "high-demand routes across Europe, Asia and the Middle East," according to the carrier.
Etihad already offers its first-class experience on its Airbus A321LR aircraft, and the carrier plans to expand the cabin through new aircraft and retrofit programs.
