Expense management platform Expensify has integrated with AI-native ERP Rillet, enabling users to sync expenses, corporate card spending and reimbursements into their general ledger, the companies announced.
With the integration, companies using Rillet can sync categories, dimensions and tax rates from the ERP into Expensify so that they are coded correctly at the point of spend. The integration also syncs back from Expensify into Rillet, so company card spending appears as credit card charges in the appropriate accounts and out-of-pocket expenses post as vendor bills, according to the companies.
"An employee swipes a card, and the transaction arrives in the general ledger, coded and reconciled, which is what makes a continuous close possible," Rillet head of partnerships Nadiv Rahman said in a statement. "The books stay current all month."
Rillet in recent weeks announced a $100 million Series C funding round—its third in the last year, for a total of $200 million in funding. It reports more than 600 customers, including "hyper-growth startups" and midmarket enterprises.
Expensify head of partnerships Nick Tooker in a statement said the ERP is "exactly the kind of modern ERP our customers are moving to, and this integration means their expenses and card spend just handle themselves."
