Avis Budget Group has launched its new Avis First curbside concierge service at three European airports—Rome Fiumicino, Geneva International and Zurich Kloten—the car rental company announced Wednesday. Avis Budget initially premiered Avis First in the United States in July.
The service includes an escort from airport arrivals to the vehicle, a "guaranteed premium BMW," "effortless" returns, a dedicated VIP support line and no need to refuel, according to Avis.
When the service launched in July, it was not yet available for inclusion in corporate contracts, and Wednesday's announcement did not reference if that had changed. Avis Budget did not immediately respond to a request for additional information.
