United Airlines plans to fly in November 44 percent of its schedule compared with 2019 levels, an increase of 4 percentage points from October, according to the carrier.
The carrier plans to fly just under half of its domestic routes in November compared with last year. Returning routes include between San Francisco and Tampa as well as Denver and Miami, and United also will increase service between Los Angeles and Maui to daily. New service between Washington Dulles and Key West, Fla., will begin in November as well.
United is adding 26 new routes to its network in the Caribbean and Latin America. The carrier will restart service between Houston and both Santiago and Rio de Janeiro, with three weekly flights to each destination. The network also will include resumed service to Antigua; Aruba; Curacao; Grand Cayman; St. Lucia; Roatan, Honduras; and Managua, Nicaragua. In addition, United will expand service on 20 routes to Mexico's beach destinations.
For transatlantic routes, the schedule includes resumed service between Denver and Frankfurt three times per week and increasing service between Houston and Frankfurt to five times per week. The carrier will fly 38 percent of its transatlantic schedule compared with November 2019, an increase of 6 percentage points from October.
On transpacific routes, United in November will resume service three times per week between San Francisco and Taipei and will increase service between San Francisco and Seoul to five times per week.
