Turkish Airlines has agreed to purchase up to 150 Boeing 737 Max aircraft, the carrier announced this week. The order is in addition to the up to 75 Boeing Dreamliner widebody aircraft announced in September 2025.
The most recent order is for 100 737 Max 8 aircraft with options for 50 more 737 Max planes. The agreement also includes substitution rights for the Boeing 737 Max 10, the largest member of the 737 Max family, according to the carrier.
The new aircraft will be used on Turkish Airlines' short- and medium-haul operations, particularly on high-demand domestic and international routes, according to the carrier.
The value of the deal was undisclosed.
