With millions of employees working from home amid Covid-19-induced office closures, TravelBank has added a new feature to its expense management system designed to support work-from-home efforts.
With the new service, TravelBank's corporate clients can create expense policies with the types of purchases employees may expense while working from home, such as home internet service and office furniture, and communicate guidance to employees within the TravelBank app. Managers subsequently can track and reconcile in-policy spending.
Along with the new work-from-home capabilities, TravelBank is rolling out a new subscription-based pricing model, shifting from a per-transaction structure. Under the new model, clients pay $5 per user per month for the company's expense management tool, $10 per user per month for its travel booking service or $12 monthly per user for both services.
