AccorHotels and SBE Entertainment Group have created a luxury lifestyle collection called The House of Originals with four of the five properties in SBE's Originals Collection: The Shore Club South Beach in Miami, the Sanderson in London, St. Martins Lane in London, and 10 Karakoy in Istanbul. The fifth SBE Originals property, Hudson in Manhattan, will not be part of the Accor/SBE soft brand. This partnership, which follows Accor's October acquisition of a 50 percent stake in SBE, helps Accor expand its luxury lifestyle segment and positions SBE to grow its footprint in key global markets with the benefit of Accor's global distribution and loyalty programs. Five additional hotels, a mix of new builds and conversions, are in The House of Originals pipeline.
