Alternative accommodations specialist Reside, parent company of extended-stay specialist 3Sixty, has merged with workforce mobility and relocation firm Graebel Companies, the companies announced Thursday.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Graebel CEO Ron Dunlap will lead the combined organization, though Reside and Graebel will continue to operate as separate entities. Reside co-founder Lee Curtis will join the leadership team of the combined company.
Curtis said in a statement that bringing together 3Sixty's corporate housing marketplace platform with Graebel's technology and service platform "will simplify a critical part of the employee journey" and bring the organizations "closer to delivering the seamless, end-to-end experience employees increasingly expect."
The deal is backed by Canadian private equity firm Westbridge Capital, with continued investment from the Graebel family. Westbridge in a statement said the merger is a first step toward expanding into workforce support beyond traditional relocation.
