This property is close enough to the water that it can be seen from a ferry, but it is tucked into a beautifully landscaped garden with emerald-green lawns. It has the feel of a small, sunny village decked out with Europe-meets-Nantucket designer elements and upscale amenities, especially since it is spread apart consisting of an inn, residences, loft units and cottages plus the main hotel.
