Southwest Airlines has added LOT Polish Airlines as its 11th international partner, allowing customers to book itineraries combining travel on both carriers, Southwest announced Tuesday.
LOT's global hub is at Warsaw Chopin Airport and connects Central and Eastern Europe to destinations around the globe, including long-haul service with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft to North America, India, Japan and South Korea, according to Southwest.
The two carriers each operate at Los Angeles, Miami and San Francisco airports in the U.S., where travelers can connect between the airlines' networks, according to Southwest.
Since announcing its first overseas partner Icelandair in September 2024, Southwest, in addition to LOT Polish Airlines, has added partnerships with China Airlines, EVA Air, Philippine Airlines, Condor, Turkish Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Singapore Airlines, Air Premia and TAP Air Portugal.
