Southwest Airlines has added South Korea-based Air Premia as its ninth international partner, the Dallas-based carrier announced Wednesday.
The airlines share gateways in Honolulu, Los Angeles and San Francisco, according to Southwest, which added that the Asian carrier operates a fleet of Boeing 787-9 aircraft with two classes of service. In Asia, Air Premia serves Tokyo Narita, Hong Kong, Bangkok Suvarnabhumi and Da Nang, Vietnam, according to its website.
Since announcing its first overseas partner Icelandair in September 2024, Southwest, in addition to Air Premia, has added partnerships with China Airlines, EVA Air, Philippine Airlines, Condor, Turkish Airlines, All Nippon Airways and Singapore Airlines.
