Singapore Airlines Plans Integration Between Budget Carriers

Singapore Airlines has established a holding company to own and drive "deep integration" between its budget carriers Scoot and Tiger Airways. Budget Aviation Holdings will allow the two carriers to consolidate functions including sales and marketing, operations and technology, according to Singapore Airlines. The company named Tiger Airways CEO Lee Lik Hsin CEO of the holding company.
