Avis has expanded its Avis First premium concierge service to London Heathrow and Paris Charles de Gaulle airports, Avis Budget Group announced Tuesday. The service now is available at more than 30 airport and city locations across North America and Europe, according to the company.
Avis launched the curbside Avis First product in the U.S. in July 2025, then expanded it to select European locations in October 2025. The service is available in European cities including Rome, Geneva, Zurich, Munich, Barcelona and Porto, Portugal.
Avis First includes an escort from airport arrivals to the vehicle, a "premium vehicle" and dedicated personal experience with concierge support throughout the rental, according to the company.
Avis First is available only through the Avis mobile app. When the product launched in 2025, it was not yet available for inclusion in corporate programs. Avis did not immediately respond to an update request.
