Hainan Files to Begin Nonstop Las Vegas Service

Hainan Airlines will begin nonstop service between Beijing and Las Vegas on Dec. 2, pending U.S. Department of Transportation approval. The service initially will operate three times per week, on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. The carrier is undergoing a "large-scale expansion in North America" and already operates nonstop service between Silicon Valley and Beijing, Los Angeles and Changsha as well as Seattle and both Beijing and Shanghai.
