Frontier Airlines is the latest carrier to add the Cancel for Any Reason option via technology supplier HTS, Hopper's B-to-B division, the companies announced.
With the option, travelers booking through Frontier's website and mobile app can purchase Cancel for Any Reason as an add-on, letting them cancel up to 24 hours before departure and receive up to a full refund, depending on how much coverage they selected. The carrier already was offering an HTS product that allowed disruption assistance for any reason, the companies said.
Other carriers offering HTS' cancellation ancillary include WestJet, Air Canada and Virgin Australia.
