The U.S. Transportation Security Administration PreCheck expedited airport security lane program has four new international carriers, TSA announced Wednesday.
The airlines include Spain’s Air Europa, which also is a member of the SkyTeam Alliance; Volaris El Salvador, which operates flights to the United States, Mexico and Central America; Canada-based Flair Airlines, with operations throughout North America; and Italy’s national carrier, ITA Airways, according to TSA.
ITA Airways is in the process of being sold to a consortium including Delta Air Lines, Air France-KLM and U.S. investment fund Certares, as announced earlier this month.
