Business Travel Show America will return to the Javits
Center in New York on Oct. 14–15 setting its sights on a bigger second edition
after its debut last year.
Launched last October, BTSA has established itself as a
major new platform for supplier discovery in North America’s corporate travel
market. Its debut welcomed 458 qualified buyers, representing a combined $50
billion in annual travel and expense spend.
According to event organizers, that momentum is expected to
continue in 2026, with more than 600 qualified buyers from across North America
and over 100 suppliers set to attend.
At the center of the event is its hosted buyer program for
corporate travel buyers from across North America. The hosted program requires commitment
to a schedule of one-to-one supplier meetings; all buyers have access to the
conference content and exhibition floor. For suppliers, the program offers
direct access to decision-makers with active sourcing needs, helping turn
introductions into valuable business opportunities.
Central to BTSA is the highly anticipated Innovation Faceoff,
which will return to the Delta Business Theater in 2026. Emerging and
established suppliers present their latest solutions to a panel of
judges, following
a standout win for Nowadays in 2025.
The two-day conference program will run alongside the
exhibition, combining strategic insight with practical learning and peer
exchange. Buyer-only BTN Community sessions will provide closed-door, themed
discussions for corporate travel managers, creating space for candid
conversations and benchmarking among peers. BTN Academy sessions will deliver
hands-on learning focused on the fundamentals of building and optimizing travel
programs. Last year’s conference program featured the
first live interview with SAP Concur and American Express Global Business Travel
following the announcement of their new partnership, one of the most
talked-about sessions of the show.
“Following the success of our launch event, we’re excited to
bring Business Travel Show America back to New York in 2026,” said BTN Group
executive vice president Louis Magliaro. “The response from buyers and
suppliers in our first year confirmed there is strong demand for an event that
helps the industry make smarter connections, discover new solutions, and do
business more effectively. We’re looking forward to building on that momentum
and delivering even more value in 2026.”
