Travel technology giant Amadeus has appointed Carol Borg as its new chief financial officer, effective May 5.
Borg joins the company with 30 years of experience in global finance and risk management, having held senior leadership positions in sectors such as energy, renewables and defense. Most recently, she served as group chief financial officer for QinetiQ Group, a multinational defense technology and security company.
Currently based in London, Borg will relocate to Madrid for the role and will report directly to Amadeus CEO Luis Maroto. She will also take a position on the company’s Executive Committee.
