<B><FONT SIZE="+1">Numbers Don't Add Up</B>
We at Tzell enjoyed The 1999 Business Travel Survey (<I>BTN,</I> May 31). Every year we eagerly look forward to seeing our progress illustrated in your annual ranking of the top 50 corporate travel agencies.
Certainly, this year was no exception; in fact we generally derive a chuckle from the statistical "creativity" of our travel agency colleagues. It would seem this year that fewer and fewer of our colleagues wanted to be outdone in the imagination department on this most recent survey.
In this day and age of reduced commissions and caps, we think it's great that some agencies can take an upbeat, lighthearted approach to a typically dry topic.
