Hilton Worldwide and Navan are partnering to create a direct integration between the travel management company and Hilton's Central Reservation System and content services, the companies announced.
The integration comes through Hilton's APIs for booking and content, the companies said. The booking API will provide Navan with real-time access to Hilton's rates and availability, and the content API will deliver property and room content directly from Hilton. The companies said Navan will be the first TMC to integrate directly with Hilton's CRS and content services.
That will "allow us to deliver superior experiences for users from their initial hotel search through booking and checkout," Navan group travel marketplace SVP Dane Molter said in a statement.
Those capabilities will include "high-quality Hilton content sourced directly for joint corporate customers," according to the companies, as well as more consistent virtual card acceptance across the Hilton global portfolio for Navan customers. Eventually, the companies said they will be able to build "deeper automation and post-booking integrations" with the direct connection.
A Navan spokesperson said the integration would be rolling out across its customer base in phases, starting this week.
