Traxo has formed a long-term technology and mutual referral partnership with technology platform Otonoma, the companies announced.
With the partnership, Traxo—which captures off-channel corporate bookings from more than 1,000 agency and supplier points of sale—is streaming the data from those bookings into Otonoma's network. Otonoma is building a travel and hospitality network, the Paranet, which monitors itineraries for problems and then orchestrates a response across the entire itinerary—if a delayed flight is going to make a traveler miss a meeting or dinner reservation, for example.
“Traxo gives us a live, complete itinerary the moment it’s booked," Otonoma CEO Jim Harding said in a statement. "From there, our intelligent network watches for anything that could cascade into a bigger problem, then pulls together whatever mix of systems, advisors, and AI agents can resolve it fastest. Travelers stay informed the whole time, but they’re never the ones who have to fix it."
Traxo and Otonoma currently are enrolling a limited number of corporate travel programs into a pilot of their program, with general availability expected in the fourth quarter of this year.
