Travel data platform Clarasight has launched a new capability to help travel program leaders determine and execute actions that will have the deepest impact on their programs, the company announced.
The capability, Automated AI Insights, continuously monitors a program's performance against defined goals and suggests recommended actions based on data insights, according to Clarasight. Recommendations come with supporting data on travelers, business units, routes and trips to show the justification for taking the action.
For example, it might identify travelers not following advance-purchase policies or booking premium cabins on short flights and show what that is costing the company and which travelers or units are responsible.
That prevents program managers from having to search across multiple dashboards and systems. Clarasight said its customers report spending weeks on building analysis manually to determine whether an action would have a substantial impact on their program.
"It continuously uncovers opportunities hidden across your travel data, quantifies the potential impact and delivers evidence-backed recommendations directly to the people who can act, enabling lean travel teams to drive greater results across the business," Clarasight co-founder and CEO Adam Braun said in a statement.
Clarasight, launched originally as a solution to help companies meet sustainability goals, since has broadened its scope to work with clients on data management, automation and workflows.
