Corporate Travel Management has partnered with guest travel platform EmPath to provide clients of the travel management company access to guest travel management capabilities, the companies announced.
CTM plans to integrate with EmPath first in North America, with other global markets to follow "in due course," according to the companies. With the integration, CTM clients who implement EmPath will be able to invite guests into a self-service booking experience with access to policies and negotiated rates as well as centralized payment.
"Our partnership with EmPath helps CTM customers deliver a professional guest experience while bringing policy, preferred rates, payment and reporting together to create a more connected program and support more intelligent decisions," CTM North America CEO Anita Salvatore said in a statement.
EmPath launched last year, led by former Google travel manager Greg Wilczek and fellow Google veteran Vishal Chouhan and built on Google platforms. Last December, EmPath announced a partnership with BCD Travel to offer a guest travel management solution through the BCD Marketplace, and last month, it also announced a partnership with Balboa Travel.
