Travelers from 36 additional countries outside of the United States now are eligible to enroll in Clear's secure identity program for access to expedited security services at U.S. airports, the company announced Thursday.
The new eligible foreign countries include Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan.
The countries join Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the U.K., which gained access to Clear enrollment in August, according to the company.
Travelers can enroll online or in person at a Clear airport with their passport. Once enrolled, they'll have immediate access to Clear's network of airport security lanes that provide expedited services through security lines. Clear memberships cost $209 per year. The service currently is available at 60 airports in the United States.
