Southwest Airlines now is taking corporate travel bookings through Travelport's Apollo and Worldspan global distribution systems, with settlement through Airlines Reporting Corp. That gives corporate customers "in-demand, industry-standard capabilities," including the ability to book, change or cancel Southwest bookings without having to call Southwest or use other workarounds, according to Southwest EVP and chief commercial officer Andrew Watterson. Southwest is working on getting its content live in Travelport's Galileo GDS as well as Amadeus later this year.
