United Airlines is dropping the charge for accessing DirecTV
live TV on aircraft that have seatback screens installed. Currently, live
TV access is available on 211 Boeing 737 aircraft. Personal device
entertainment, through which travelers access movies and TV shows
through their laptops and mobiles devices, remains free, as well.
