Frontier Airlines has named James Dempsey as its new
president and CEO, effective immediately, the company announced Thursday.
The airline had named Dempsey as interim CEO in December
after Frontier
announced former longtime CEO Barry Biffle would depart the airline on Dec.
31. Dempsey had been president of the carrier since October 2023. He joined the carrier in 2014 as chief financial officer.
