Serko has continued its recent spate of reseller agreements with North American travel management companies, with Ovation Travel Group the latest TMC to sign on to resell Serko's Zeno booking and expense platform. Under the agreement, Zeno will be offered to clients of Ovation as well as its sister company, Lawyers Travel.
Ovation cited Zeno's flexibility and customization capabilities as key drivers of the decision to offer the platform to its corporate clients, noting Zeno's new logic configuration options, which enable travel managers to select from multiple air search paths "designed to align with a company’s corporate culture and travel program goals," as well as new faring capabilities to search and combine two one-way fares along with single roundtrip offerings to find the lowest available fare.
Ovation is the third TMC to sign on as a reseller of Zeno in just over a month, following Luxe Travel Management and Acendas Travel.
Like those deals, the reseller agreement with Ovation is part of New Zealand-based Serko’s TMC Community Program, which offers Zeno reseller partners benefits including accelerated onboarding, deferred implementation fees and zero minimums until 2021, as well as referral commissions.
