Acendas Travel has signed on as a reseller of Serko's travel booking and expense platform Zeno in North America, the companies announced. The reseller agreement is part of Serko's TMC Community Program, which provides benefits to travel management companies that sign reseller agreements for Zeno, including accelerated onboarding, deferred implementation fees and zero minimums until 2021, as well as referral commissions, New Zealand-headquartered Serko said.
Acendas is the second TMC in the past month to sign on as a North American reseller of Zeno, following Luxe Travel Management, which inked a similar pact—also under Serko's Community Program—in late June. Specializing in midsize corporate clients, Kansas City, Mo.-based Acendas has been an affiliate of BCD Travel since 2001.
