For the 10th year in a row, National Car Rental was the top-rated supplier in BTN's 2025 Car Rental Survey, with Enterprise Rent-A-Car coming in second for the fourth year in a row. The one-two punch from Enterprise Mobility Group has become something of a tradition—though, this year it came with side of slightly declining ratings across the board for car rental companies overall. Budget Car Rental was the only brand in the survey that saw ratings rise, and that fact put it in the position to capture the No. 3 spot in BTN’s 2025 survey. BTN 2025 Car Rental & Ground Transportation Survey Methodology

Business Travel News fielded its annual Car Rental and Ground Transportation survey to a select group of the BTN audience from March 14, 2025 to April 20, 2025, asking them to rate car rental brands on a scale of 1 to 5 across 12 criteria and respond regarding their partnerships over the previous 12 months. The 225 respondents included corporate travel buyers and corporate travel agents. All respondents were limited to rating providers with which they held contracts or incurred significant volume in the last 12 months. BTN gathered general sentiment regarding the chauffeured car and ride-hail services from all respondents who indicated their travelers engaged with those services regularly.
