Nine months after
their reseller contract expired,
American Express Global Business Travel and Concur have signed a new one. When
the contract expired, nothing changed for corporate clients that have a direct
relationship with each provider. For those who had accessed Concur services via
Amex GBT's reseller relationship with Concur, the question remained whether
they'd have to strike a direct deal with Concur or switch booking tool and
expense providers. The new agreement puts that question to rest.
