Spanish travel management company Úbico is embedding Acai Travel's Agentic API within its servicing platform, the companies announced.
Úbico, which is part of the World2Meet group and operates as part of the ATPI network, uses Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management technology, which provides a centralized view of demand from email, chat and phone for Úbico agents. With Acai, AI agents will be able to analyze context of demand and either resolve queries fully or route them to the proper human agent.
"We built Úbico from scratch to challenge the legacy TMC model," W2M head of corporate services and solutions Alejandro de la Mata said in a statement. "Partnering with Acai allows us to go even further, building a tech-enabled, agent-augmented service model that truly reflects what a next-generation TMC should be."
The agreement to implement Acai with Úbico is at the W2M group level and is part of the group's wider plan to incorporate AI agents across its corporate, leisure and wholesale operations, according to the company. Deployment will expand across other divisions throughout 2026, they said.
