Business travel data intelligence specialist PredictX has launched a new platform called Overture, designed to help travel buyers illustrate the "strategic value" of managed travel programs to their organization's senior management.
London-based PredictX said that Overture can transform complex travel data into "personalized executive briefings" for members of the C-suite that can be delivered by email and provide an "instant snapshot" of program performance.
In a statement, the company added that the platform uses PredictX's Cogent AI workspace to create summaries which highlight key trends, business impacts and opportunities "in a language senior leaders understand."
PredictX said travel managers can use Cogent to gather insights within Overture using a natural language chat interface. This includes examining the drivers behind performance changes and looking at recommendations in more detail across subjects such as leakage, non-contracted spend, policy compliance, supplier performance and cost-saving opportunities.
"Our focus at PredictX has always been on giving travel managers accurate, insightful AI-led analysis of their complete travel data, and supporting them with strategic decision-making," said Keesup Choe, CEO of PredictX, in a statement.
"With Overture, we're giving them something even more valuable: a better way to communicate the strategic value of managed travel to the people making business decisions."
PredictX said that Overture can also place the performance of an organization's travel program in a "wider market context" by incorporating external factors such as airline capacity, fuel prices, foreign exchange movements and geopolitical events. It has also been designed to complement rather than replace PredictX's existing dashboards.
The launch of Overture comes after PredictX in June unveiled Orchestra, a multi-agent AI platform designed to handle complex projects and tasks for travel managers.
