David Kilduff
Longtime industry veteran and ground transportation specialist David Kilduff died on Dec. 6 in Vernon Hills, Ill., at age 70.
Kilduff began his career at Hertz, where he spent more than 21 years and rose to the position of division vice president. He later headed ground transportation for American Express and Carlson Wagonlit Travel and served as SVP of global development for Addison Lee North America and SVP of sales for HQ. Most recently he had been chief revenue officer for NYC Limousine VIP. Concurrently, he ran his consultancy, DK Consulting Group, beginning in 2003.
Kilduff was born in Eureka, Calif., went to college at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and spent time in the Bay Area and Detroit before moving to Chicago, and eventually to the northern suburbs, according to his obituary. He is survived by three children, two sisters and four grandchildren.
A memorial is scheduled for Dec. 17, 1 p.m. Central time, at the Lodge at KLM in Hinsdale, Ill.
