Tina Quattlebaum
Grasp Technologies has promoted Tina Quattlebaum to chief customer officer and hired former Emburse executive Nick Duenholter as VP of commercial growth and partnerships, the data management provider announced.
Quattlebaum, formerly Pfizer's director of global travel and card operations, has been with Grasp since August 2024, most recently serving as VP of customer success. In her new role, she is tasked with helping customers finding consistent value in their relationship with Grasp, for which Grasp CEO Maria Chevalier said her experience as a travel buyer would be beneficial.
"She understands the realities of managing global travel programs and working across [travel management company], technology, supplier, card and expense ecosystems," Chevalier, who took the CEO role earlier this year, said in a statement. "That perspective, combined with the impact she has already made at Grasp, makes her exceptionally well suited to lead our customer organization and help us build even stronger, more strategic relationships."
Nick Duenholter
As VP of commercial growth and partnerships, Duenholter will focus on helping clients use travel and expense data to improve visibility, performance and decision-making. He previously was a senior account executive at Emburse, which he joined upon its acquisition of Tripbam, where he was an account executive.
"[Duenholter] has lived and breathed travel data, understands how organizations use it to drive savings and manage risk and knows how to translate complex customer needs into strategic solutions that drive results," according to Chevalier. "That combination will be invaluable as we deepen customer relationships, expand our partnerships, develop new products and accelerate Grasp’s growth."
In addition, Grasp announced it has promoted Erik Dielschneider to director of product management, leading product definition and roadmap execution at the company. Dielschneider has been with Grasp more than six year in leadership and technical roles.
