Gant Travel Management has launched a new self-service platform that combines resources and support for business travelers into a single destination, including disruption intelligence via a new partnership with Lumo, the travel management company announced.
The Gant Self-Service Platform lets travelers check itineraries, find invoices, manage profile information and travel details and see travel insights from a single source, rather than having to do so through multiple sites and channels, according to Gant Travel. "We built the Gant Self-Service Platform to put everything in one place: your itinerary, your support, your information," Gant Travel president and CEO Patrick Linnihan said in a statement.
The platform also incorporates intelligence from a new partnership with flight disruption management technology Lumo. With Lumo's data, travelers can see risk notifications alongside their itinerary details to be aware of potential delays and cancellations in the platform.
Linnehan said the platform is a "starting point," and Gant Travel plans to continue to add other self-service capabilities and automation to it.
