Niklas Andreen will become Carlson Wagonlit Travel chief traveler experience officer and EVP in September. He will take over Matt Beatty's responsibilities for digital strategy and holistic customer experience, including CWT's booking tools and the CWT To Go app. Beatty, who is leaving the company after 25 years, was EVP of Traveler Services, which CWT is rebranding as Traveler Experience. Andreen currently is Travelport SVP and managing director of hospitality, car, digital media, corporate and digital.
