Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has upgraded its direct group booking platform to offer real-time visibility, customizable booking pages and centralized management tools, the company announced Thursday.
Wyndham's group booking platform is powered by Groups360's GroupSync Housing technology. The hotelier first partnered with Groups360 in 2023 and rolled out instant group bookings via GroupSync across more than 5,600 properties in 2024.
The latest upgrades aim to make managing stays more seamless for planners, offering real-time dashboards to track room pickup and manage reservations, personalized booking pages with instant group rates, automatic Wyndham Rewards points on qualifying stays, direct system integration with hotels and flexible shoulder night options to capture extended stays.
Wyndham has also integrated with external event housing platforms, including EventPipe, EventConnect and Staybook, to connect its franchisees directly to large-scale event and youth sports tournament business.
