Loews Hotels on Wednesday launched a virtual meetings initiative. Dubbed StreamLine by Loews, the program offers two types of services for customers moving in-person meetings to fully virtual or hybrid solutions.
The first offer, available at all Loews properties, is Virtual Meetings Your Way, which can be used for large or small events. Features include 15 percent off the best available rate for presenter and production guest rooms; a 10 percent food-and-beverage discount across the hotel, meeting space rental of $1 per square foot with a minimum of 2,500 square feet—a feature not available at Universal Orlando properties—and no cost for an outside production company, meaning Loews will cover the labor costs associated with production partner PSAV overseeing the event.
The second offering, available at select properties, is the Virtual Presentation Stage, a studio space provided in partnership with PSAV. It provides built-in technology to deliver professional footage with the ability to broadcast globally. Packages begin at $5,000, with the price varying based on production requirements.
