Heather Lisagor
Aven Hospitality, formerly Sabre Hospitality Solutions, has appointed Heather Lisagor as VP of innovation and product excellence, the company announced Wednesday.
In her new role, Lisagor will "help drive Aven's next phase of product innovation and AI-powered solutions, expanding the technology foundation hotels rely on to compete across emerging discovery, research and booking channels," according to Aven. That remit includes overseeing the evolution of Aven's SynXis cloud-based central reservation system, of which Hyatt Hotels Corp. is a customer. Lisagor will report to Aven chief transformation officer Mark Hollyhead.
Lisagor has more than two decades of experience in product strategy and management, most recently serving as VP of product management for marketplace solutions at American Express Global Business Travel. Before that she served as VP of product management for Egencia.
Sabre divested Sabre Hospitality Solutions in 2025.
