Risk mitigation provider International SOS has formed an alliance with mobility, tax and immigration solution provider Vialto Partners to provide a combined offering for mobile workforces, the companies announced.
The partnership lets the companies offer a "seamless service" that includes International SOS' medical, security and emergency services with Vialto's MyTrips technology, which helps companies identify what they need to do around immigration, taxes and regulations for their mobile workforce. By combining that technology with International SOS' traveler tracking technology, companies can receive reporting and monitor compliance in their mobility programs, according to the companies.
"This partnership will enable businesses to strengthen their duty-of-care commitments with a unified solution that addresses both the health and security needs of their workforce and the legal and regulatory complexities of international mobility," International SOS group VP of global alliances and partnerships Sally Wang said in a statement.
