ITA Airways on April 1 will join the Lufthansa Group's Miles & More loyalty program, Lufthansa announced Friday. The program will be available to all passengers of the Italian airline, and they will gain access to Lufthansa's global partners, according to the company.
The new collaboration between Miles & More and ITA Airways "is a major milestone in the integration of ITA Airways into the Lufthansa Group," which acquired 41 percent of ITA in January 2025.
Registration for Miles & More will be available via the ITA website and its app beginning April 1. Miles & More members can earn miles on all Lufthansa Group airlines, Star Alliance airlines and other partner airlines. Those with status in ITA's Volare loyalty program will be offered to switch to the Miles & More program via a status match, according to Lufthansa.
