European low-cost carrier EasyJet will restart service on June 15, focusing largely on domestic flights out of 21 European airports, the carrier announced.
The service will include flights out of several airports across the United Kingdom and France as well as Geneva, Barcelona, Lisbon and Porto, Portugal. Besides domestic flights, EasyJet will operate "a limited number" of international routes and plans to increase its network as demand returns and restrictions are lifted.
Passengers will be required to wear masks at all times when service restarts, and easyJet will disinfect aircraft daily to provide surface protection from viruses. The carrier grounded its full fleet in mid-March.
