Delta Air Lines this fall will add new nonstop flights between Atlanta and two destinations in Africa, the carrier announced Friday.
The first route, beginning Oct. 25, is to Marrakech, Morocco. Flights will operate three times weekly with Boeing 767-400ER aircraft configured with four cabins: Delta One, Premium Select, Comfort Plus and Main.
The second route, beginning Dec. 1, is to Accra, Ghana, for the winter season, according to Delta. Flights will operate daily with Airbus A330-900neo aircraft, with four cabins.
Delta also announced new daily seasonal service between Austin, Texas, and Cancun, Mexico, to begin Dec. 20 and run until mid-April 2026. Flights will operate with Airbus A320 aircraft configured with three cabins: First, Comfort Plus and Main.
