Dollar Rent A Car debuted an iPhone app that allows customers to make, modify and manage rental car reservations

and book such ancillary products as global positioning systems or car seats, the firm announced. The majority of "corporate customers can book negotiated rates" in the first release of the app, vice president of e-commerce, global distribution, marketing and advertising Charlie Coniglio said. However, there are such exceptions as customers who use "authorized billing," described on the company's website as a "line of credit with monthly invoicing."
