according to FlightStats. Of March flights by North American carriers, 79.8 percent arrived at the gate within 15 minutes of their scheduled times. Among the 12 largest, WestJet (84.9 percent), Southwest (83.2 percent), Delta (82.3 percent), Air Canada (81.9 percent) and Virgin America (80.6 percent) had above-average on-time arrival rates. On-time rates for United (79.2 percent), US Airways (76.8 percent), Spirit (75.7 percent), American (75.3 percent), JetBlue (73.6 percent) and Frontier (66.1 percent) were below average.
