with an on-time performance ratio of 90.9 percent, according to FlightStats. It was followed by Alaska Airlines and Delta Air Lines (each at 89.2 percent). Southwest Airlines again ranked last among the eight major airlines, based on FlightStats data, at 80 percent. For all North American airlines, Alaska Air subsidiary Horizon Air earned top marks with February on-time performance of 92.5 percent. Air Canada again ranked last at 55.6 percent.
