Sabre has signed a content agreement with United Kingdom-based online train ticket supplier Trainline,
Sabre announced Thursday. It will integrate with Trainline’s application program interface to bring its rail content into Sabre Red Workspace so agents can book the content the same way they book airlines and hotels. Trainline reports that an average of 20.8 million visit its website and mobile app per month and claims buyers save an average of 43 percent on advance-purchase tickets compared with tickets bought the day of travel.
