the dealallows airlines on both sides to operate flights on any Canada-E.U. route as often as they want. "For the first time, Canadian air carriers will be able to access and expand into all E.U. member states, and E.U. carriers will be able to expand into Canada," according to a statement attributed to Baird. "The result will be better air travel choices and new opportunities for Canadian businesses by 2010."
